Las Vegas wird von Zombies überrannt. Partygirl Molly und ihr Freund Nick verlassen die Stadt der Sünde und machen sich auf den Weg durch die Wüste Nevadas. Währenddessen fällt das Monster über die Innereien ihres toten Freundes her, doch das Mahl reicht ihm nicht und er stellt der Entkommenen nach. Mit ihren hochhackigen Schuhen flieht die erschöpfte Molly quer durch die sengend heiße Wüste, um sich zur Zivilisation durchzuschlagen… dabei ist der Zombie-Verehrer im Schlepptau nicht einmal ihr größtes Problem in dieser postapokalyptischen Welt.
